Rakar II
History
Francis White River is a young, abrasive descendent of the Original Rakar. He served in the U.S. Army Marines Corps, before resigning and joining the Hexagon Group. He has since then become romantically involved with Plasma, who is now expecting his child. Rakar fought the Strangers and has assisted Hexagon against Gool and Set.
