Ricky Rox II
History
The Original Ricky Rox's grandson developed a device that creates a field that temporarily places him outsiode of time and enables him to control its flow around him, thereby making him appear to have super speed. He fought in WWII as a member of The Partisans and The Partisans: Pacific Theater. He once helped Dick Demon in the sub-universe of the "reflection" of Paris.
