Bob Pepper

Bob Pepper works for the GHOST TEAM, a secret subcontractor for the notorious insurance company, Lloyds of London. The Ghost team is hired by Lloyds' "The General" to do whatever it takes, and work undercover, with full deniability, to investigate major insurance claims. The Ghost Team is comprised of Boss Harry Vance; his secretary,  Miss Penny; their science adviser, Professor H;  and another female Agent known as Gypsy. Its base of operations is on a boathouse moored on the Thames near Gravesend.
