Utopia
History
Three madcap teenagers Jerry, Bill and Lucy Peterson - two brothers and one sister - become the founders of a new State after their inherit a parcel of land embedded between the United States and Canada, that lies outside the sovereignty of either country. After a rocky start, "Utopia" is recognized by the UN and Jerry, Bill and Lucy must learn to cope with pollution, crime, asylum seekers, various entities trying to take-over or subvert their new country.
