Two oceanographers from Bathy-01, Alan Foster and Robin Mallet, discovered the hidden underwater civilisation of Oceania, and befriended Prince Egon Berg (a descendent of Peter Berg). Oceania is at war with the Sirenids of Emperor S'Ling. With the help of Captain Hur and the rebel Sirenid Kalb, our heroes defeated S'Ling.

Robin later became Vice-Admiral of the Intl. Oceanic Force while Alan married Liss, Berg's daughter, and became his Advisor. More recently, Bathy-09, Tanka and Grisyl, Kalb's daughter, fought against Empress T'Ling, S'Ling's daughter.
